Development History
The commbination oil production solution - oilfield battery energy storage system + intelligent composite continuous cable pipe + Flowtric ESPCP - had been put into application in overseas markets.
ESPCP system had been used in more than 700 wells, covering 19 oil fields at home and abroad, which included Daqing, Dagang, Xinjiang, Changqing, Tuha, Shengli, Liaohe, Jilin, Fushan (Hainan province) and Huabei etc.
It had been widely recognized by users in Jimusar National Shale Oil Demonstration Zone in Xinjiang and had became the main supplier of ESPCP system.
Research Institute of Dagang Oilfield participated in the technical promotion meeting. In May of the same year, the first well (Qi685) of Dagang Oilfield, was put into operation. In the following three years, Dagang Oilfield had built several demonstration areas for our ESPCP.
Kept doing downhole experiments until the whole system running smoothly. In the same year, the company officially established the "Qian Jing" brand.
Achieved multiple breakthroughs in key technologies, conducted the downhole test again.
The ground control method was confirmed and the product design scheme was defined.
After analyzing the experimental data with the expert team for many times,, the downhole control method was regarded as too advanced to guarantee the lifespan of individual component, so the ground control meth.
The first product was developed and tested in the well, the pump depth was 300 meters, and it operated for 3 months, many problems were exposed in the process.
The No.9 oil production factory of Daqing Oilfield held an expert group meeting to discuss the feasibility of the project and the product scheme.
The feasibility of automated oil production equipment was proved by discussing with the expert group from Mechanical and Electronic Engineering School, Harbin Institute of Technology preliminarily .
